  • Reconstructed title assistance: Enhanced inspection and documentation are motor vehicle safety requirements when changing a salvage certificate to a reconstructed title. Contact us with any questions concerning the reconstruction process.
  • Mobile/Traveling notary services available: POA's, healthcare documents, leases, affidavits, certified copies, VIN verifications. Currently, we do not offer real estate services. Note: Mobile notary services do not include tag and title services, as those services are only offered at the office location as a requirement by the Department of Transportation. 
  • Dealer support services available : Provide tag and title assistance by processing retail deals and recording liens, as well as mailing tags and registrations directly to customers. Evening and weekend appointments available. All work is processed within 72 hours.

What documents do I need to provide?

We require specific documents for title and tag services: 

  • Valid driver license 
  • Valid insurance card, binder, or declarations page
  • Certificate of title, MCO, or salvage certificate
  • Bill of sale for vehicles purchased out of state
  • Vehicle or VIN verification form signed by an authorized PA inspection mechanic
